Mercedes G-Class BA3 Final Edition and Edition Select

The Mercedes G-Class, a off-roading symbol that has been around from 32 years, is about to leave the scene permanently. The Stuttgart carmaker has decided to celebrate the event with two special versions, the BA3 Final Edition combined with the G 350 BlueTec and the Select Edition reserved for the long-wheelbase G 500.

G Class BA3 Final Edition: the aesthetics of Mercedes BA3 Final Edition is featured by the AMG style, as the widened wheel arches to accommodate 18-inch alloy wheels with 265/60 tires, the radiator grille is also by AMG factory. The Class G Final Edition aesthetic is completed by some carbon-fiber details and the panoramic glass roof. The interior is customized with chrome trim, wood paneling and air-conditioned leather seats. Both the 211 hp of the G 350 BlueTec and the 388 hp of the G 500 are four-wheel drive, equipped with three locking differentials and 4ETS electronic system, combined with the ESP. The BA3 Final Edition  features also the 7G-Tronic automatic transmission, equipped with a speed reducer for driving off-road. Mercedes G Class Final Edition BA3 will be at sold from € 90,500 * for the  6-cylinder diesel 3-door up to € 100,600 * of the 5 doors 8-cylinder petrol engine.

G Class BA3 Select Edition: to celebrate the legendary Gelandenwagwen, Mercedes could not avoid a special version dedicated to the G Class long-wheelbase. The interior features a two-tone leather, while among the standard equipment is a sophisticated audio system with 450 W Harman Kardon. The Select Edition package, which is available with the G 500 combined to the V8 388 hp, comes with a special two-tone livery available in white and red-black-silver, while some details such as bumpers, exterior mirrors and multi-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels are in black metallic. The price of this special version requires the extra of € 6,730 * to be added to the standard price of the version G 500.
